Scott H. Jacobs

Scott H. JacobsA published author, Scott H. Jacobs, formerly of law firm giants CLIFFORD CHANCE and BINGHAM McCUTCHEN, brings effective analytical and common sense skills to his private practice of law.

Prior to his extensive legal career, Mr. Jacobs spent many years in the corporate sector, managing several businesses for both public and private companies. With his valuable business credentials as a former senior executive, Mr. Jacobs brings important real-world experience to his law practice, representing high net worth families, family businesses, international clients, law firms, investment banks, private equity firms and tax-exempt organizations.

A member in good standing of the New York State Bar, Mr. Jacobs' pro bono undertakings have included serving as legal counsel to New York City's former Pier 94 Family Center advising the surviving families of the victims of the 9/11 World Trade Center disaster on estate and related legal matters.

Mr. Jacobs is a graduate of COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY and NEW YORK LAW SCHOOL.

Barry Weidenbaum

Barry Weidenbaum is Counsel to the firm for commercial transactions, and commercial and residential real estate law.  A published author, he is a member in good standing of the Bars of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Weidenbaum, represents corporate and individual clients, and was formerly an Assistant Counsel with the New York State Housing Finance Agency, the State of New York Mortgage Agency and the New York State Project Finance Agency.

Jack Harari

Jack Harari, Counsel to the firm in the areas of real estate law and commercial litigation, is a member in good standing of the Bars of New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Harari, an author of numerous published articles, was also a contributing researcher on "The Court TV Cradle-to-Grave Legal Survival Guide," by the Editors of Court TV and The American Lawyer.

Allan H. Carlin

Allan Carlin is Counsel to the firm in the areas of corporate law, securities, and civil and commercial litigation, and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Carlin has served as General Counsel to RMS Titanic, Inc., which owns the exclusive rights to salvage the ship and is also involved with the International Maritime Heritage Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focusing on encouraging and promoting the exploration, study, recovery, preservation and public exhibition of maritime heritage throughout the world.
